So good!

This is one of the most underrated podcasts out there. I am surprised it has not gotten more attention with so many seasons up. The host has hit her groove and you can see the evolution from season one to the current season - which is a horrifying story of child abuse (season 7) so beware when listening. I had a hard time getting thru it. Can’t say enough about this one. It’s an unknown gem.

Season 6 is a disaster

I feel like I have been listening to the 1st episode of season 6 for about 12 hours now. I just checked the time and it's been on 7 and a half minutes. It feels like 12 hours that make me want to scream. Why, exactly, would someone record a podcast and then put awful, truly AWFUL, obnoxious music over what they're saying? But then I found out why. My immense relief when that awful noise finally went away was quickly replaced by still more frustration... going on 10 minutes now and she has said so many words, with absolutely zero information, facts, plot, or anything interesting in it. She actually just explained that a "no body case" is "one in which... you have no body." Oh. Now she just clarified that "that body that I'm talking about, it's a person." Droning on and on to the point of turning people off completely is not doing that person justice and certainly isn't creating anything listenable. Please, please stop.
