    This stillness meditation explores diaphragmatic breathing in the hatha yoga tradition. I play ukulele while guiding you through very deep breathing in three parts of the abdomen. This meditation is great for calming or energizing the body. Eyes are meant to be closed- this is not meant for use while driving or operating machinery.
