    You Don’t Have to Be Falling Apart to Be Struggling

    This week we're talking about everything from giant running blisters and sour blue raspberry popsicles to the very real weight of mental health. We dive into the frustrating reality of navigating the healthcare system when you're already struggling, why asking for help shouldn't require jumping through endless hoops, and the misconceptions people still have about depression. Because here's the thing: depression doesn't always look like someone crying in bed all day. Sometimes it looks like going to work, smiling, taking care of everyone else, and then completely falling apart when you get home. We also talk about giving ourselves credit for the small wins, why movement can be an incredible coping tool, and how sometimes surviving the day deserves just as much celebration as thriving.
