    How to Find Your Way with Colleen Martindale

    In the season finale of season 1 of EmpowerSpace, we interview Colleen Martindale, a Director at McCarthy Building Companies, on How to Find Your Way. Colleen gives tangible advice from her experience building McCarthy’s Partnership for Women for those looking to implement a similar program and the successes they have seen from the program.
