    How to Find Your Way with Colleen Martindale

    In the season finale of season 1 of EmpowerSpace, we interview Colleen Martindale, a Director at McCarthy Building Companies, on How to Find Your Way. Colleen gives tangible advice from her experience building McCarthy’s Partnership for Women for those looking to implement a similar program and the successes they have seen from the program.     In this episode, we speak with Zaida Basora, Executive Director of AIA Dallas. We had an amazing conversation about being creative and resourceful while you find your way in the AEC industry.
