    Together, we enter the present moment through breath and physical touch. We explore how we are showing up and how much our perception affects the way we live. I address this planet’s chronic addiction to complaining and what it is really doing for all of us. We close by softening back into our breath.

    Transparency Is The New Currency

    This week I share the medicine of being transparent. Transparent to yourself and to those in your life. We are moving forward in a direction that is asking all of us to clean our windows of separation. I am here to remind you that we are all in this together.

    The Love Language Of The Universe

    Did you know there is a way to speak directly to Spirit and show that you are present for your healing? The ability to sense & cultivate feelings of gratitude is a love language to the universe. Join me as we uncover presence and anchor into gratitude for this session. We will explore the importance of detoxing our energetic, emotional, & mental bodies. It is a perfect time to create closure in any area of your life that needs it. Remember that everything is on purpose.

    The Unknown Is Our Home

    We are all always living in a space of the unknown, whether we like to acknowledge it or not. We don’t know what tomorrow brings and we don’t know how/why exactly we are here. There is actually a lot that we don’t know. In this session, we explore the effects of living a life with a one-track mind and we also tap into what it means to free fall into a new direction. We breathe into the knowing that we are each human beings capable of doing many great things in life.

    Soften Into Your Strength

    Your true strength lies in your ability to be soft. We are at a time where it is more important than ever to surrender into flow and allowing rather than force and trying. In this session, we talk about how the divine feminine is on the rise and what that really means to each of us. Join me as we tap into the motherly energy inside of us and remember who we were in the womb.

    Mindfulness Matters, Worrying Doesn’t

    We ALL need the reminder to slow down and set down what we are carrying around. Anytime we are thinking...we are leaving the present moment. True presence is a complete lack of self and a complete merging with all that is. This week we jump into the neural network surrounding the navel and we tap into the connection to divine energy that the umbilical center is always pooling from.
