We breathe into the knowing that we are each human beings capable of doing many great things in life.

In this session, we talk about how the divine feminine is on the rise and what that really means to each of us.     Mindfulness Matters, Worrying Doesn’t

    We ALL need the reminder to slow down and set down what we are carrying around. Anytime we are thinking...we are leaving the present moment. True presence is a complete lack of self and a complete merging with all that is. This week we jump into the neural network surrounding the navel and we tap into the connection to divine energy that the umbilical center is always pooling from.
