Finally! I don't feel alone as a 5 💙

Being a five in the enneagram often feels lonely. I am thrilled to finally have a space where I can learn alongside other fives.
So well done

I’m new to learning about the enneagram and think I might be a five, but needed to learn more. One episode in (the one about female fives) and I am hooked. Such a thoughtful and well done podcast. I can’t wait to start a the beginning and listen through.
What a great show

Enneagram Fives aren't always represented on other enneagram podcasts, probably because many of us aren't comfortable speaking up and/or exposing ourselves. So it is a balm to my soul to hear the hosts and the comments they feature from listeners talking about what it's like to be a Five. I feel see , heard, and understood, and it's been so helpful on my own journey.
Great! Too much focus on 1 “wing”

Thanks for sharing your inner worlds!!! All types have two wings. I encourage y’all to learn/explore/talk more about the egoic motive, triads, instinctual variants (critical work by Chesnut), arrows and intelligent centers, including repressed centers. Less crutch on one wing or the other will likely produce more understanding of the actual type AND INDIVIDUAL! When it comes to understanding our own egoic motives and growth, that life long wealth of self-knowledge is folded into the above dynamics more than wings as far as I have read and learned (Riso, Hudson, Palmer, Maitri, Chestnut…). Also, y’all might be really interested in digging into embodiment to tap into the 5’s repressed body/gut intelligence!
Gotta love those 5s

You don’t have e to be an enneagram 5 to get hooked on this podcast! Each episode is clever, funny, and fascinating for anyone and everyone. I enjoy the way Cody and Josiah make it feel as though you are just sitting on the couch catching up old friends. They are extremely genuine and transparent about the human experience through the lens of an Enneagram Five, which is refreshing. It’s inviting and intimate, and the perfect addition to any commute.
So relatable!
