We each with review a guided journal and let you know what to expect, talk about and if they are helpful, what they are best for and overall our thoughts. We will continue doing this to explore different guided journals and we are so excited to share with you, in hopes you will find one that works best for you! In this episode, we will cover a guided self care journal and a five-minute gratitude journal.

Having perspective through it all, or building an open mind, will allow you to change your mindset and focus on what is important. Through a shift in life, this is when we can learn so much about ourselves and define our values with clarity. Becoming who you want to be is more than defining your values though, it’s about being them.
