Having perspective through it all, or building an open mind, will allow you to change your mindset and focus on what is important. Through a shift in life, this is when we can learn so much about ourselves and define our values with clarity. Becoming who you want to be is more than defining your values though, it’s about being them.

There are different things your can journal about, prompts if you will, that can help you learn more about yourself while developing and upholding core values.
