Enjoy this tapping exercise to help you feel relaxed before sleep, fall asleep easier and stay asleep throughout the night.  I’ve been doing this meditation and a shorter version of it together with my daughter every night for six years now.  I started using tapping before sleep to help Adhya with nightmares and she’s slept well ever since!  This is very kid friendly and I encourage you to try it with your child.
