Esports Today

I heard about this podcast on the Idle Thumbs podcast and since I was getting back into playing Dota 2 I thought it would be a perfect match. I now feel like I'm missing out on everything because I'm not playing every single competitive esport these guys cover. Thanks for that... :(

If you have any interest in keeping up with e-sports generally (as opposed to following just one obsessively) this is the podcast to listen to. It's fun, quick, and approachable so if you're worried about a show that goes too far out into the weeds don't fret, Rob and Andrew are great at keeping the conversation intelligible for a generalist audience.

Great summary of everything of importance in the Esports world. As I tend to focus in on Dota 2, its hard for me to keep track of whats happening in Starcraft, LoL, Fighting Games etc. this podcast has helped rejuvenate my interest in the Esports scenes I’ve been neglecting. I would listen to episodes three times this length and let them drill down into more details. But I’ll happily take it at its current length.
