Hypersensitivity and how to Cultivate Your Soul’s Full Expression – Conversation with Svenja [GERMAN EPISODE]

In this episode, we sit down for an in-person conversation with my dear friend and colleague Svenja. Ever since the age of 14, Svenja has been interested in her self-development. As time went by, she not only noticed that she has can feel a vast array of emotions but also that she seems to be overly sensitive in many life situations. Which eventually led her to discover and accept the fact that she might be a hypersensitive person. In this conversation, she lets us participate in her journey towards that discovery. Together, we dive into: ✨ How to recognize, accept and embrace your own hypersensitivity ✨ The upsides and downsides of being hypersensitive ✨ How living your truth brings you closer to yourself   This is a powerful conversation for anyone on a path of self-evolution – whether you are a hypersensitive person yourself or whether you live with someone who is.   🔗 Links & Resources: •   Connect with Svenja on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/svenja_mitdengruenenaugen/ • The recommended podcast episode with Martha Beck on Oprah Winfrey’s show can be found here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/4lE15j9TjorEQrYdyBzUji?si=b8a0ff2330ff475f   🎧 Listen now and enjoy the conversation! ……………………………………………………………………………………   Connect with me through social media:   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/martina_evolves/   LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinamiljkovic/ Medium: https://medium.com/@martina.miljkovic85     Podcast Music "A Travel" byCodemusic via Pond5.

Cultivate a Naked Soul – How We Unchain Ourselves

When life “gets in the way” and forces us to change direction, we can get so upset and angry that our plans have become redundant. Sometimes life wants us to just switch paths or to even stop doing something altogether. And especially when health is absent and we are forced to rest and recover, we usually get aware of how wonderful it is to just be able to move forward without road blocks or hurdles. But instead of being miserable about being blocked and longing for a time without challenges and restraints, we can find freedom in stagnation. Especially stagnation that is imposed on us through sickness - it invites us to look beyond our superficial plans, vision boards, desires and promises for the future. Because the truth is, that most of the time these plans and desires are often just a disguise for what we truly want: Appreciation and acknowledgement. And that my friends, we can get without achievements. It’s been said so many times, but I am going to repeat it again (also and maybe mostly as a reminder to myself): We are worthy without having to prove it through achievement or any other sort of effort for that matter. And how do we tap into that? By daring to make our souls naked and unchain from limiting expectations. How to undress your soul? Let’s explore it in this episode.    Thank you for listening.   ……………………………………………………………………………………   Connect with me through social media:   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/martina_evolves/   LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinamiljkovic/ Medium: https://medium.com/@martina.miljkovic85       Podcast Music "A Travel" by Codemusic via Pond5.

Childhood and Adolescence Through War and Transition – Meet Davor (Part 1)

One of the most fabulous people I was honored to meet is Davor. He lives in Toronto and has a moving story, being a refugee from former Yugoslavia.    Knowing him as a positive, outgoing person who loves making other people laugh, it is difficult to imagine the hardships he and his family went through when war broke out in the early 1990s in Yugoslavia. Being separated from their dad, they experienced severe trauma, had to flee to different parts of the country and even spent a few months in Germany before eventually being able to get accepted as refugees in Windsor, Ontario. . . . . . . .  For this special time of the year, I would like to publish my first episode with a guest. It is a podcast episode in which I am talking to this dear friend who we can take as an inspiration for transitioning through hard times and still ending up seeing the good in people.  And the best part is that this episode is only the kick-off to many more episodes together.   Please listen and share and keep spreading the good.   Thank you.   ……………………………………………………………………………………   Connect with me through social media:   Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/evolutionable/  LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martinamiljkovic/ Medium: https://medium.com/@martina.miljkovic85        Podcast Music "A Travel" by Codemusic via Pond5
