  1. United Kingdom - Inverness & The Highlands - The Wild Scottish North

United Kingdom - Inverness & The Highlands - The Wild Scottish North

We traded sweating through South East Asia for shivering on a train to the North of Scotland, proving that the adventure doesn't stop just because your phone connects to the home Wi-Fi. We’re officially back on home soil for a quick one-month visit, but if anyone thought we were settling into a quiet routine, the Highlands had other plans. In this episode, we journey from the south all the way to Inverness by rail before picking up a campervan to tackle the legendary Isle of Skye. There is a specific kind of spiritual grounding that happens when you swap tropical humidity for the raw, biting wind of the North. We spent our nights tucked under the shadows of ancient mountains, listening to the gales try their absolute best to turn our van into a kite. It was a beautiful, shivering reminder that nature's power is just as vibrant in the cold as it is in the heat. This trip was a test of resilience and a lesson in finding the "exceptional" in the familiar. We’re only here for a month, but we’re making every second count—proving that even a "pitstop" can be a pilgrimage if you have the right mindset. Divina is still very much in the driver’s seat, guiding us through the mist and the mountains as we prepare for whatever the next chapter holds. Trusting Divina to lead the way—even if she occasionally leads us straight into a Force 8 gale in a very small van on a very large cliff. Follow the journey on Instagram @ExceptionalDecisions.

Season 1 Finale - A Recap of the First Chapter of this Adventure

We thought ten months was enough time to find ourselves, but it turns out it was just enough time to fall in love with the mystery of where we’re going next. This is it—the Season 1 finale! After 10 months of nomadic life, we are officially closing the first major chapter of our journey. Looking back, those ten months feel less like a timeline and more like a collection of beautiful lives lived. We’ve been jungle managers, city explorers, and ashram students, and each version of us has taught us something vital about the magic of the "yes." In this episode, we’re doing a full-circle roundup of our favourite exceptional moments. We’re laying out the highest of the highs and the massive learning curves that shaped us, reflecting on the laughter, the breakthroughs, and the spiritual evolution that happened while we were busy making memories. We’re sharing the biggest lessons we’ve learned about what it actually means to surrender and how we’ve emerged as vibrant, more aligned versions of ourselves. The first chapter is officially written, the ink is dry, and while we’re taking a moment to celebrate this incredible milestone, we’re already looking toward the next blank page. The road isn't ending; it’s just getting ready for a brand new adventure. Trusting Divina to lead the way—even if she occasionally leads us to a "To Be Continued" sign just as we’ve mastered the art of the plot twist. Follow the journey on Instagram @ExceptionalDecisions.

  3. India - Rishikesh - Yoga Teacher Training Pt.2

    APR 5

India - Rishikesh - Yoga Teacher Training Pt.2

We traded the yoga ashram for the side of a mountain, and let's just say the gods have a very interesting sense of direction. Two weeks into our Yoga Teacher Training, and we’ve officially reached that "breaking point" where the breaking actually starts to feel like a breakthrough. But before we could get too comfortable in our new routine, we made an exceptional decision to follow the call of the mountains. We wound our way deep into the Himalayas to witness the Maha Shivaratri festival, and it was nothing short of a sensory takeover. We found ourselves in tiny, tucked-away local villages and ancient Hindu temples, surrounded by the thick scent of incense and the hypnotic vibration of chanting and prayers. It felt less like a tourist trip and more like a pilgrimage into the soul of India. However, getting there was an act of pure endurance. The winding Himalayan roads are a literal rollercoaster ride—one that tests your stomach just as much as your spirit. And just when we thought the journey had finally come to an end, we realized the real adventure was only just beginning. (We’re keeping the rest of that story for the episode, but let's just say the mountains have a way of humbling you.) To wrap up, we’re giving a raw update on the YTT experience. Yes, the schedule is brutal. Yes, our bodies are screaming. But despite the physical and mental toll, we have never felt better in our lives. We are leaning into the discomfort and finding a version of ourselves we didn't know existed. Trusting Divina to lead the way—even if she occasionally leads us straight into a Himalayan rollercoaster on a prayer and a dream. Follow the journey on Instagram @ExceptionalDecisions.
