The "Pay Equity & Discrimination" prohibits wage discrimination based on sex and gender identity; prohibits employers from seeking an applicant’s salary history and from barring employees from disclosing or discussing their wages. Many Fortune 500 companies say they lack diversity because black people do not apply and/or they are qualified. Kayla failed her drug test instantly and who passed or failed this week?

Very insightful

While being entertained I’ve learned a lot (lots of fun learning). This podcast helps build your confidence as your going through job search. Listening to these 2 ive learned the ins & outs to a lot of stuff living the life of a 9-5er as they’d say. Can’t wait to learn more as the work field changes!
