colstudent4 ,

Great episode for tips on dealing with mental health in sports and life in general!

I really enjoyed listening to the episode on Mental Health with guest Paige Roberts. The episode offered great insight into the importance of mental training in sports, and different tools and techniques one can use to implement this into their daily routine. Paige also listed different resources available to us as well as how to approach the topic of therapy. As an athlete, I found the information in this episode very helpful and relevant to what I see happening in the sports world. I also used it as a source for a research project in my English class on Mental Health in Sports. Great episode and a must listen!!
