The Huntian Podcast

Super informative and not a lot of fluff! Always looking forward to the next in coming out. But beware! Before listening to this podcast I had never drank a white monster and now, I’m ashamed to admit how many I have….but worth it for the mulie content.

I usually don’t write negative reviews but I had to after this one. Not to be negative but to hopefully help the host. Listen to the recent episode with the host with his brother talking about Elk. They start the episode off by being upset at guide clients for not being able to stick it out mentally, leaving early, and not being able to shoot. They end the podcast with their AZ elk story where they hit a bull bad and left the hunt early. The host is very hypocritical and then has a very negative view on wildlife in the west. Seems counterintuitive for a guy trying to run a business that helps get people hunting the west. Has the numbers been better in the past? Yes. Have they been worse? Absolutely. The doom and gloom is hard to listen too…

Love the mule deer stuff, love the discussions on big bucks and all the conversations surrounding them. The host can get a little sour and down in the dumps about management practices and kinda comes a cross as if he has all the answers to solving all management problems at times. But overall a great listen if you’re interested in all things western big game hunting.

Such an entertaining show to listen to! Well worth your time invested into listening. So much good information and entertainment. This podcast is in my top 3 favorites!
