    For episode 5, I honestly wasn’t sure at first what I wanted to talk about. Then this thought about societal expectations just popped into my head. I didn’t have the exact topic figured out right away, but eventually I did. Conformity being something I’ve never really agreed with, and a topic that’s super close to my heart.     Note: Hey ladies. So Around the 13 minute mark I made a mistake by saying “main characters do not lead, they follow” but it should have been “main characters do not follow, they lead”. But constantly putting yourself last can leave you drained, resentful, and disconnected from who you really are. In this episode, we’re talking about what it truly means to put yourself first and why putting yourself first doesn’t equate being selfish rather it is an act of self-respect. I’ll share simple mindset shifts that can help you release the guilt around choosing yourself. We’ll explore how prioritizing your needs can help you show up more fully. Because when you’re aligned, energized, and grounded, everyone benefits. Not just you. Also, If you’ve ever struggled with saying “no,” felt pressured to people-please, or wondered how to find balance without burning out, this episode will give you both the encouragement and the tools to start putting yourself first without apology because saying “no” and putting yourself first doesn’t make you a bad person.
