    This is a great question as most of the self-sabotage is unconscious and it serves a purpose, which is to keep you safe from 'perceived' danger.

    As your brain cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is imagined, most of the danger it is perceiving is not actually real.

    We are socially conditioned to believe that anger & rage are a bad thing; and they are when they are outwardly expressed to the detriment of others, worse still to yourself!

     

    So how could your worst emotion and weakness of flying into rage possibly be your greatest gift?

     

    …because they are here to show you something that you are not consciously aware of, yet!💥

     

    Every time you have a repeated pattern of anger/rage/sadness/frustration it is a sign of something deeper and it is coming up to make you aware of what it is! and when you become aware of the cause, it is much easier to let go! In fact, you will no longer be a slave to that emotion (i.e. reacting each time it comes up and making a scene).

     

    How do you think great leaders like Richard Branson, Steve Jobs, Oprah, [insert your favourite business leader], got to where they are? It was by mastering their biggest emotions (what most people would consider weaknesses) and turning them into their greatest gifts, which propelled them all to massive success.

     

    Why did they do the inside work first to achieve this? Because they were smart enough to recognize that their greatest challenges created the greatest growth in their lives.

     

    So, here are the 3 reasons why anger is your greatest gift:

     

    1. It sends you the sign for you to become aware of something that is NOT working well and If repeated enough it will cause you to take action to move forward.

    2. When you take the right action, it will help you turn them to your advantage and get what you want in life more easily. Battling to get what you want will become a thing of the past!

     

    3. Growth and transformation is not a destination, it is a journey and that journey starts with awareness.
