Tanja is a fantastic resource

I first heard of Tanja when she was a guest on another podcast. Her story resonated with me as did her realistic approach to maintaining weight and health. I subscribed to her podcast and started listening. She’s real. She understands the challenges of wanting to get fit and healthy, and her encouragement to seek a “vibrant” life has made its way into my thinking and goals. Tanja answers questions and has great ideas! I ❤️ her voice, her choice of guests, and how she uses analogies from real life to teach simple but profound ideas. I’m so glad I found you, Tanja! I wish I lived in BC!

Truly loving oneself!

I’ve been listening to this podcast for a few months now, and find Tanja’s words of wisdom to be extremely helpful. A couple years ago, I decided to step off the path of self-loathing and took the first steps on my journey of self-healing. Tanja’s podcast is a great balance between practical information about nutrition & exercise and tips on shifting one’s mindset so you end up in a place where loving yourself is the ultimate goal. Great Show Tanja! I enjoy this on my way to work. It keeps me focused and on track with the goals. I get SO busy with life that I forget! I believe... that exercise is 20% helps me to de-stress and have fun! Diet is 30% and where the abs are made but where your brain is and how you think is 50%! From Tanja in Arizona 🤩
