Well Beyond Weight

I found Tanja while searching for help and it was one of the best results Google has ever supplied for me.

I was lost in the mystery of this fifth decade and didn’t understand what was happening to me, my body, and my personality. It was a definite low point because the person I was no longer seemed to exist.

Tanja’s podcast and programs go well beyond weight. She offers insight to navigate through the multitude of emotional and physical challenges of growing older and bolder in a society that is consumed with youth.

Tanja conveys her message with compassion and accountability. She is with you to encourage you along the journey and constantly reminds her audience to celebrate the wins and to be flexible with the plan as we continue toward the goal.

It is so refreshing to have someone who recognizes the process is not going to be perfect - nothing ever is. She reminds us that real life will happen and challenges are inevitable. What we learn and how we grow from the challenge is what makes us stronger, wiser and better prepared for the next.

I no longer feel alone in this journey and I have a community of support that will help me to accomplish my goals. But, (and this is the primary benefit), the goal is not simply to lose weight. I now truly want to be kind to myself, to appreciate who I am, and to invest time in being the best version of myself that I can be.
