A “For Real” fitness podcast!

I started listening a few weeks ago and really enjoy Kindal’s podcasts! She keeps it real, doesn’t fluff her answers, and is genuine.

I love that she doesnt sugar coat things even in her own life. While I may not agree on everything with her I like that she keeps it true to herself. Great product suggestions and practical advice plus work out inspiration.
