This is a fitness, nutrition, and health podcast for women. RKC and NASM coach, Kindal Boyle talks anything and everything about helping you get results from your workouts, get inspired for new fitness challenges, to build strength and find a passion for living a healthy life beyond burning calories.
More than that, she seeks out and interviews the best guests you can imagine. Not only celebrities, the best trainers, but real women and success stories.
There is so much to learn from real women that are not paid to lose weight and get fit like celebrities are. And that's one reason why we wanted to create this podcast.
It's laid back and will feel as if you're just talking with your girlfriends as you learn about amazing fat burning workouts, techniques, and fundamentals that actually work.
I really hope you enjoy it.

Opening Up About My Disordered Eating
In this very personal and open episode, I share my experience with disordered eating. This is a sensitive topic and if you find it triggering, please skip this one.
I'm opening up on my self confidence issues, my addictive personality and the aim for being in control that lead me to be consumed by food, or lack of food.
Please be sympathetic and leave harsh comments to yourself. This is to share my experience in helping you learn more about me as a trainer and person.
One of my favorites
Kindal is so knowledgeable and fun to listen to! It’s exactly like catching up with a friend, and I look forward to new episodes each week. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great fitness/life podcast!
Keeping it real
I stumbled on this podcast and have been really enjoying it. Love Kindal’s voice, sense of humor, and pragmatism - it’s just the right amount of light convo, encouragement, education, little kick in the behind, and emotional understanding. I’d been feeling really down coming out of the quarantine, having lost all my muscle tone, and having to start from scratch (and lose my covid-15). I now love listening to this podcast while walking or while getting ready to go to a fitness class, to give myself a little extra motivation. Kindal’s emphasis on trusting in the process, not focusing immediate results, really helped me continue my journey through the rough spots. It’s been a slow journey (fourth months of exercising and listening to this podcast) but I’m now 8 pounds down and stronger. Thanks for keeping it real, Kindal, and sharing the good and bad in your life as well.
So informative !
Im so glad I found this podcast! I am loving binging it! Im learning so much!
