Very informative

I am came across this podcast when looking for something to listen to in the evening while I walk my dog. I love working out and pushing myself hard during my morning workouts so this podcast is a great way for me to wind down my day. Kindal is so down to earth, easy to listen to, and very knowledgeable about fitness and the human body in general. I look forward to new podcast every week!
