Educational and relatable

Kindal is not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable, she’s very relatable, on almost every platform in my life. I came across Fit Women’s Weekly podcast at a standstill in my life where I stopped holding myself accountable in almost every aspect; physically, mentally, professionally. She reminds me EVERY morning I turn her on to break out of my comfort zone in order to GROW. Extremely motivating and highly entertaining.
