My favorite aspect of Kim’s podcasts is how practical and specific she is. Her coaching calls are so helpful and leave her clients with practical tips that many times apply to me as well. So glad I stumbled on her podcast as it is now a regular one in my “podcast rotation”!

Real Info!

Thank you, Kim, for giving such timeless and real advice. I had been searching for a good fitness podcast for years, and just couldn’t find the right thing. So many I tried seemed to be all about one type of eating. You preach calorie deficit, high protein, and strength training for fat loss. No gimmicks, just putting in the work. Your encouragement that I don’t have to be all or nothing (restricting then bingeing) was presented in a way that I’ve actually started to believe it and apply your ideas for overcoming it. Your guests are so awesome that I usually end up following everyone you have on. Thank you! This is life changing!
