I’ve enjoyed this podcast since stumbling upon you (how escapes me). Recently I shared an episode with my husband who is finally on his weight loss journey (he has rebelled against the trainer in me for a greater part of our 24 years together!). He enjoyed it and found your words extremely helpful. Well what do you know—I was in another room in our home and he was inside the guest bedroom ironing his work clothes sand I recognized your voice coming through the cracked door! I said, so you’re listening to Kim now? He admitted he has been since I shared an episode with him. So thankful for your show and clearly it crosses all genders when we are on this uphill battle of over 40 (ahem, pushing 50 here).
