But the main focus of this episode is vitality: the process of building the energy, capacity, and resilience required to take aligned action consistently. This episode explores why sleep, nutrition, supplementation, recovery, and daily energy management are not optional parts of personal growth. They are the foundation. I also talk about why most people have adapted to feeling suboptimal, why “I’m fine on five hours of sleep” is usually a sign that you’ve forgotten what good feels like, and why supplementation should support a strong foundation, not replace one.
