Today we're Reinventing Sunday Family Dinners with a super quick and easy lasagna. Here's what you'll need: 1/2 pound (9) lasagna noodles; 2-24 0z jars marinara sauce; 1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage (or for veggies sautéed spinach and mushrooms) ; 16 oz (2 c) ricotta cheese; 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese; 2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese; 2 eggs; pinch of dried oregano, basil and salt. Pair with a red wine: Chianti or Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

Episode 4: Lazy Gourmet Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

We’ll be talking about how to make restaurant-worthy dishes… without the restaurant-worthy effort. This week, we are making Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce. Ingredients: Salmon filets; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1-2 tablespoons butter; 1-2 cloves minced garlic cloves; juice of 1 lemon. For the Cheater's Chocolate Mousse: 1/2 cup cold heavy cream and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pair with a buttery, smooth Chardonnay like La Crema.
