Ingredients: Salmon filets; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1-2 tablespoons butter; 1-2 cloves minced garlic cloves; juice of 1 lemon. For the Cheater's Chocolate Mousse: 1/2 cup cold heavy cream and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Pair with a buttery, smooth Chardonnay like La Crema.
