    A team of writers, producers, musicians and advocates for veteran mental health invite any in need to 'Hold On, Reach Out' Tony Barnes invites Jason Howk, Robert Dufresne and Marisa Colwell to talk about the impact veteran suicide has on community and loved ones. The song "Hold On, Reach Out" was co-written by Howk and Barnes to bring awareness to the issue. Dufresne, along with a strings group from Dallas, TX, Chelsea Davis and John Ondrasik, appear on the song. He speaks about the experiences that have shaped him to be the conscientious person that he is today. After a career in exercise and fitness as an Exercise Specialist with FirstHealth, Dr. Moody wanted to expand his work in healthcare to incorporate a more holistic approach to his clients.     Kim Gilley, President/CEO of Patriot Foundation, talks with Tony and Frank about their mission to "take care of those left behind." Kim explains the mission and goals of Patriot Foundation. By providing scholarship funds for qualifying disabled Veterans and the family members of fallen or disabled Veterans, they give opportunities to Veterans and family members who may be otherwise unable to find a path to higher education. Tony also speaks briefly about the project he and others worked on during our time off. "Hold On, Reach Out" is a call to action.
