Loving this podcast!

I’m so glad I started listening to this podcast. Each episode is like a mini personal development workshop that gives you practical advice for everyday situations. I’ve really enjoyed all of the episodes that I’ve listened to so far and am excited for more. The host, topics and guests have all been a delight to listen to on my drives home.

Motivation at its best!

Lauren is an amazing human being and her desire to take her previous successes to the next step with this wonderful podcast is just another testament to how much she cares about helping others reach their own goals whether it’s career goals or just being happier, healthier versions of themselves! So blessed to have this podcast be a part of my daily routine and Lauren’s calming voice, a part of checking in with myself. Definitely adding the intentional practice of journaling and a mindful relationship with my idea of being healthy to my tools of self improvement! Sincerely recommend this podcast for everyone!!

always leave feeling more capable + grounded

Lauren is such a calming, yet motivating host who really gets to the heart of the issues and explores those extra layers I may not normally realize! I love more in-depth conversations and it’s rare to find podcasts that don’t skim the surface or just check off a list. In just a few episodes I’ve already discovered some new helpful perspectives and am excited to continue my journaling practice in a totally *new* way. Highly recommend!!
