We keep going. We carry the pressure, the timelines, the expectations, the invisible weight — and somewhere in the middle of all that movement, we forget to ask ourselves the real question:  Is this still working for me?  In this Frequency, we’re taking a breath before the spiral takes over. We’re pausing long enough to notice what feels heavy, what feels misaligned, and what we may have picked up that was never ours to hold.  This is your reminder that resetting is not failing.
