Relatable

How and ultramarathoner was able to inspire me, shows leader ship. I’m not a runner, but Janae and Brian were able to emphasize principles that were relatable to me. thank you! I’m always so motivated after listening to this podcast.

Fueled and Fit

No way I could give Janae a 5 star review! She talks TOO much! Her breaks in her podcasts are so disrupting and all about her!
When she has a guest on, it needs to be about her guests, not about her and all she knows. She does have good information and experience and has motivated me but she really needs to stop making it all about her!
She owes her guests an apology, especially Bree. Bree probably didn’t get in more than three complete sentences. I hope she learns or she’s going to kill her podcast before she even gets started.
Give your ads before or after and don’t break the momentum and message
of your guests.
If you have info or education to share, do a different podcast on just that topic and then ‘shut up’!
I almost can’t listen anymore, makes me so anxious to constantly be hearing about Janae, we’ve heard 100 times you have 8 kids living in Japan as a military wife and I’m only 5 episodes in. Let others have voice!

Inspiring and practical!

I love Janae’s knowledgeable and practical voice in health. I’ve gained so much inspiration from her practical tips to help me navigate my daily choices with food and movement. Her unique niche in women’s health, including all facets of pregnancy and postpartum, is especially useful…but I love that she does not stop there at all…everyone can benefit from her podcast.
