    Processing through the Process

    Believe it or not, our reputation means a lot! Many of us will say that it doesn't matter what people think about us, but realistically, we would like people to perceive us more positively than negatively.  Our reputation can vary amongst different aspects of our lives as well.     BLACK MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH W/ MALIK ZAIRE

    IT'S MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH MONTH!! In light of what this month represents, it was only right to give you an episode discussing mental health. Malik joined me in this conversation and provided his perspective on mental health and how it's discussed in our communities. When I first interviewed Malik last year, our conversation focused primarily on being a student athlete and adversity that came with it. This episode gives us a different aspect of Malik while we discuss faith, self care and sports.  Take care of yourself!
