Send us a Text Message.

"I hate Communism because it is the negation of liberty and because humanity is for me unthinkable without liberty. I am not a Communist, because Communism concentrates and swallows up in itself for the benefit of the State all the forces of society, because it inevitably leads to the concentration of property in the hands of the State, whereas I want the abolition of the State" - M. Bakunin.

Game-Changing
This podcast is HEAVILY influenced by Dan Carlin’s Hardcore History. Am I complaining? Absolutely not. Francis is killing it! His topic choices, source material, and analysis are all equal parts fascinating and engaging. He covers what he’s interested in. Looking forward to seeing how this podcast grows going forward. If I had one note, I think the bass is slightly too heavy. His voice meshes into road noise for driving podcast consumers. Very minor issues though, only being nit-picky! Francis is going places! Every history fan should give this a listen.
Quirky, informative, and fun
I love the long form, deep dive into little explored aspects of history. He gives a ton of interesting insight into Norwegian history as it relates to Vikings, World War II, and European history. Two thumbs up!
Great history podcast
