Cecille Ahrens approaches the subject of Mental Illness in a light-hearted & informative way. With her yrs of clinical experience as a Psychotherapist & owner of her own practice she is reaching out to help others with this complex & sensitive subject. Many people may be dealing with a mental issue personally or knows a family member, friend, or neighbor. Even those who don't know anyone see the social consequences with the increased homelessness rising in many cities. Hopefully by talking candidly, honestly & with sensitivity about this issue & other related topics concerning the human condition, this will help those who may need assistance. Lastly, Cecille’s guests have been very informative and their views on subjects helps bring new perspective to topics. I’m in my 60’s and my wife and I listen regularly and learn something new every time!
