    Have you been in times when you wanted to give up? Not seeing any progress and suddenly deciding to look away from yourself? Here's how the work of gratitude comes into place, it shifts your focus from all that is not working to all possible things yet to happen and being thankful for all the great things that we often overlook. Conserve your energy only to what matters, protect your peace even if it means walking away from what's not authentic to you anymore.     The energy of holding back and shrinking is the energy of “I’m not deserving of great things in life.” Everything that we desire, we may not get but we absolutely attract the person we are or becoming. If carrying too much and being there for everyone feels heavy, drop that weight and remember you are human too that has its own weight to take care of.     74. If you struggle with confidence and self-worth

    In this episode, I go deep into what makes you confident, how to raise your self-worth and live a life from love, not fear. Self-worth and confidence are close to each other, it is built through repetition, taking uncomfortable action, staying authentic to who you are, exploring in solitude to know about yourself, being aware and mindful of your choices, words and intentions. Those words have been thrown around everywhere in the self-help world and I truly want to shift and explore what it truly means. It should mean something to you. Questions you can reflect on: 1. What does confidence mean to me? 2. When do I feel the most confident? 3. Do I do the things I say I am going to do? 4. Am I doing something I love, even if it was short everyday? 5. Where in my life do I feel lack of confidence and self-worth, what can I do about it? how can I feel connected to myself?     71. What do you actually want? How to find clarity even if you’re not sure.

    The clairity you're after only comes when you ask the right questions and are comfortable to sit with indecisiveness. If you live your life seeking just comfort, you miss out on all the opportunities that are right in front of you because of fear. I hope this helps!

    70. Is finding your purpose stressing you out?

    Grab a tea, coffee, or any warm drink you love, and settle into one of my favorite topics to talk about :) Purpose is here now. Purpose is what you can do now. Purpose is not reaching a goal, it's who you decide to show up as. It is not to be chased. Stop asking the question of purpose like I used to do in the past and instead start asking "what can I do now that is of joy?" or "what is this present moment asking from me, how can I show up today as my authentic self?" Let your present actions and values carry you to your purpose, it may change multiple times and that's okay because you're evolving as you should be.
