I didn’t always have this business: the knowledge, the passion, the clients... in fact, a few years ago you could have found me endlessly counting calories and trying to find my worth on the scale and at spin class, exhausted in my pursuit of health and (what I thought was) happiness.

In my early twenties, I struggled with disordered eating and stress fractures. Little did I know, those circumstances would be my one-way ticket out of my restrictive relationship with food & fitness. Those experiences led me here: to the life-giving, sustainable, habit-based nutrition perspective I have today. Today you can find me whipping up a batch of protein pancakes and hiking with my dreamboat husband.

I’m probably sipping a matcha latte and dreaming of ways I can help other women change their relationship with food into something enjoyable and nourishing, allowing them to live more and "diet" less.

You wanna know what lights me up? Helping people feel, own, and celebrate their enough-ness, living a full and vibrant life without guilt or shame. Because sometimes this journey gets confusing and it feels easier to throw in the towel. Great advice

I love how Nicole focuses on sustainable weight loss. I loved episode #214 and how she debunks common myths, especially the calories in and calories out! Thanks so much for being a positive force in this diet driven culture!

If you want to ditch dieting and achieve sustainable fat loss, this is the pod for you!

I cannot recommend this podcast enough. I stumbled upon it in a search for “mindful fat loss”. After 22+ years of extreme dieting(& inevitably binging) I couldn’t do that ride any more. I hopped off the diet rollercoaster and tried the anti-diet/body positivity/HAES/etc extreme for a while. The whole time I couldn’t get rid of this nagging thought in the back of my mind— I still desired weigh loss and with dieting being the only answer I ever had for it(even though it clearly wasn’t the answer because it wasn’t working!) I didn’t know what to do. After a lot of soul searching and working on trusting my intuition I began looking for resources on mindful fat loss and weight loss. Nicole’s podcast is one of the few really solid sources of information I came across and I’ve been absorbing it every chance I get! She presents such sound, science and research based, information in a really sweet and genuine, yet tough love way that really resonates with me. Very grateful for Nicole and the work she does AND that she is sharing her knowledge with the world via this podcast. 🙏🏼💖✨
