I didn’t always have this business: the knowledge, the passion, the clients... in fact, a few years ago you could have found me endlessly counting calories and trying to find my worth on the scale and at spin class, exhausted in my pursuit of health and (what I thought was) happiness.

In my early twenties, I struggled with disordered eating and stress fractures. Little did I know, those circumstances would be my one-way ticket out of my restrictive relationship with food & fitness. Those experiences led me here: to the life-giving, sustainable, habit-based nutrition perspective I have today. Today you can find me whipping up a batch of protein pancakes and hiking with my dreamboat husband.

I’m probably sipping a matcha latte and dreaming of ways I can help other women change their relationship with food into something enjoyable and nourishing, allowing them to live more and "diet" less.

You wanna know what lights me up? Helping people feel, own, and celebrate their enough-ness, living a full and vibrant life without guilt or shame. Because sometimes this journey gets confusing and it feels easier to throw in the towel. If I can be that permission granter in your life that whispers: “you really can do this” while the rest of the world is settling for short-term satisfaction… then I’ll consider my job done.

Great information and encouragement!

I have really appreciated listening to Nicole’s episodes- she consistently offers really great and evidence based information on nutrition in a way that is easy to understand and start to apply! She has encouraged me to make several positive changes in my food habits and relationship with food!
