Love how this show has evolved over the years!

I used to listen to Leanne years ago when I was keto and I learned so much from her. Today, years later, I tuned back to her podcast and I’m happy to see how much this podcast has evolved and I look forward to see where it all goes! I hope to hear more about the high protein approach.

Comprehensive wellness

I’ve been listening to this podcast for years and it has answered so many questions (some I didn’t even know how to ask) about what’s going on with my body. I’ve struggled with chronic fatigue, migraines, mental health challenges and so many other symptoms that I didn’t know where to start! I love that this podcast is chocked full of useful education parsed into a language I can understand. Leanne shows you what amazing, resilient bodies God has given us and she speaks from a world of experience and wisdom. You must give it a listen!
