    The Story He’s Still Writing

    Today, Steph shares a very vulnerable and sacred story of her miscarriage. She shares a little bit about what that meant to her and how it changed her. A note from Steph: My miscarriage was one of the most painful seasons of my life. It challenged my faith at times and left me with questions I didn’t know how to ask or even have the answers to. But in the middle of my grief, I met God in a way I never had before. When I felt empty, He held me. When I didn’t have the strength, He gave it to me. When I felt like my prayers weren’t being answered the way I hoped, He reminded me that He was still there. I didn’t receive the miracle baby I was praying for, but I received something I didn’t even know I was missing and that was deeper relationship with Jesus. He has been the miracle in my life through all my highs and lows now. This loss changed me in ways I’ll never get back and I’ll also always be grateful for. It softened my heart and strengthened my faith. I truly believe that my story is not finished there too. I trust that He is still writing something beautiful even though I can’t see the full picture yet. If sharing my story helps even one woman feel less alone in her grief, it is worth it. If it gently brings someone closer to God, it is worth it. There’s purpose in my pain. And if you are walking through miscarriage right now, please know you are not alone. Your pain matters. Your questions are allowed. Reach out for support. Lean on your loved ones. Advocate for your health. Seek answers. Pray if you can, even if it’s just a whisper. But even when we’re not fully healed, we are still deeply held. In this episode, we talk about our faith journeys, the challenges that shaped us and why we believe there is power in sharing your testimony while you’re still walking through it.
