Thank you. I just found your podcast and this is only the second one I’ve heard…Eps 99. It’s understandable… not too technical for those of us who are not doctors. I appreciate your research and the time you put into helping others with this info. I do see an integrative medicine doctor who says that it’s the GMOs in gluten that is problematic- that there is something in it (sorry I don’t know the scientific term) that mimics thyroid-making our body think we’ve got more than we do…and therefore, it stops producing enough. This is why I don’t eat gluten. As for why more women have hashimotos… does that have to do with estrogen levels? That seems to be coming up a lot in autoimmune conditions-the more I read and research—that there is a tie-in with estrogen levels. Maybe that is addressed in other episodes of yours. I probably will change my rating yo 5 stars.., I just need to hear more. Thanks again!
So supportive

I can’t thank people like you enough. You are a reasonable voice among the noise and so informative. I appreciate your humility as a learner, your passion for healing, and your care for your listeners and patients. Hashimotos is a hard journey, and especially because it is a long one, it’s so meaningful to have content to listen to about it. I’m not crazy, I’m not the only one, it’s sadly common to confuse allopathic medicine, and there is hope. Thank you thank you thank you for your support!
Help for Hashimoto’s

I have been listening to all of Stephanie‘s podcasts about Hashimoto’s and it has been a huge help! There is a wealth of information here and she breaks it down in a very easy way to understand. I highly recommend yet!
Love it!

This is my go-to Hashimoto’s podcast. There’s always something interesting to learn about. While she does a good job of explaining most things in simplified terms, the more complicated explanations aren’t too fast to digest. I recommend for anyone trying to understand Hashimoto’s better, and other related topics.
Wealth of Information and Hope

This podcast is more addicting than my typical true crime podcast. I was diagnosed with Hashimotos almost two years ago, and I have made more positive changes in the past two weeks since discovering this podcast in terms of diet and lifestyle than I have in the past couple years. Thank you Stephanie, so much, for bringing clarity to this condition.
Bummer

Was really excited to find this podcast and then heard comments about fake news/respecting Trump and then about needing animal fat to be healthy, which just isn’t at all true. Was hoping to find an educational podcast but this doesn’t sound like it.
This podcast has given me hope!

Stephanie is knowledgeable and has a passion for helping her listeners. Her podcast has been a catalyst for so many positive changes in my life and “little by little, a little becomes a lot.” It’s true! I am so thankful for the hope I find in every single episode.
Don’t get political

Wanted to get some information about Hashimoto’s since I was just diagnosed. The first episode I played she begins ranting about fake news and how we should respect “our president”. Not interested in politics when it should be a nice escape since it’s everywhere.
Relevant & informative

I’ve been binge listening to this podcast for weeks since being diagnosed with hashimoto’s. Stephanie Ewoll’s has a wealth of information and wisdom regarding all aspects of hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism. The guests she brings on are also extremely knowledgeable. I’ve learned from each episode without fail! 100% recommend.
SO helpful!

After a year of being diagnosed with a digestive disorder, I found out through a naturopath that I have Hashimoto’s (which makes a lot of sense!) and immediately I got hooked on this podcast. It’s truly one of my favorites and is sooo helpful!
