She talks about her work with the Refugee Community in Boise, Idaho and the importance of accommodating curriculum/teaching to the student's ability to speak English. Dr. Gail also touches on how language is used politically, her experience as a female in academia, kindness and how environment plays a role in shaping one's life. Dr. Gail is an Associate Professor at Boise State University.
