This show is incredibly engaging due to Aanchal’s charismatic energy and eloquent speaking style! Her ability to coalesce topics such as intuition, career, and mental health, along with her personal experiences, creates for a holistic and meaningful listening experience. Her drive to leave behind a legacy reverberates across the screen and to listeners. I can’t help but feel inspired after a listen! Even at its beginning stages, this show holds power and momentum. realistic, energizing, and empowering
So glad I stumbled upon this gem of a podcast! The host has a calming voice that puts you at ease while still managing to NOT be monotonous and keep a positive tone throughout the entire episode which is great! The intros are cute and actually interesting, the examples given are great add ons to the points made about being a mentally healthy individual, and there are so many things brought up that are rarely talked about in social media. From talking about the difference between realistic and reckless optimism to guiding us through positive affirmations and getting rid limiting beliefs in the subconscious to going through EFT, it’s clear that there is research and experience behind everything that is being said which makes this podcast authentic and inspiring! All of the points made have an amazing premise, however the best one is when she talked about positive affirmations through EFT since I’m sure LOTS of people could benefit! Hands down an amazing podcast, can’t wait for more!!!
