    6. Ingrid Honkala PhD, the near-death experience and the beings of light

Ingrid Honkala has endured more than one NDE, and with it has come a seemingly magical ongoing interaction with her guides, who she calls the beings of light. Her journey is remarkable, but it hasn’t been easy. In this conversation, we talk about both the trauma and the ecstasy of her lifetime in the netherworld between a physical life, and an eternal energetic life.
Ingrid grew up in war-torn Columbia and has a PhD in marine sciences. She now lives in Mississippi with her family and two dogs.
I am recommending a two-part set of videos where Ingrid explains her first NDE as a child. This remarkable account is the foundation of all that followed in her life. She doesn’t tell this story in our interview, so I’ve linked them below.

    4. David Metcalfe in conversation

The contact experience can be elusive, but the flood of overwhelming phenomena can change a person. Powerful synchronicities, psychic knowing, healing abilities, and an overwhelming sense of mission—all of these can feel like a blessing or a curse.
David Metcalfe talks about the challenges of trying to confront the mystery of the UFO, and how creativity and “the story” can end-run the simplistic ideas held within pop culture. The real experience demands transformation, and the results are something altogether different.

    1. Darren King/ExoAcademian—in conversation

Darren might be better known as ExoAcademian, his online alias. He is one of the most grounded and clear-spoken voices in this curious field of research. We cover some of his personal experiences as well as his ideas about the source of this mystery, and its power to transform. Here is a short list of links to find out more: His Patreon site. 2. Robin Lassiter—author of Earth: A Love Story

Earth: A Love Story is Robin Lassiter’s memoir of the anomalous. This is her story of awakening. One thing that comes up as a sort of theme of the interview is the act of surrendering. Robin confronts this with such poetic tenderness, and she shares the challenges and joys that come with something we might see as negative. We explore what it means to surrender, and our questions about surrendering permeate this interview.Find more at honeyheart.orgEarth: A Love Story, the book can be found HERE.

Time loops, precognitive dreams, and the magic of creative inspiration are all central to Eric’s research. That and UFOs, but not in any kind of “nuts and bolts” way. He puts forth an idea about the source of these seemingly magical events through an exploration of time and our multi-dimensional selves. Much of what we call the paranormal could be our future selves reaching back to us with a message.
In this conversation we address the mysteries of creativity, synchronicities, and so much more. Erics books are Time Loops, Precognitive Dreamwork and the Long Self , and the soon-to-be-released From Nowhere. His blog is The Nightshirt.

Best podcast about the phenomenon

I started listening about 6 years ago at the beginning of my search for a greater truth and this is still my absolute favorite podcast about the phenomenon.

Mike’s interviews and line of questioning were essential in forming my mindset going forward. I’ve been able to approach a subject that gets pretty darn weird with a sense of curiosity, open-mindedness, and rationality that I don’t think I’d have gotten otherwise. Since he’s been back, I was reminded why we need people like Mike Clelland.
