Episode 93: DON'T Do These 15 Things When Your Nervous System Is Really Dysregulated (solo episode)
When your nervous system is really dysregulated, you need safety signals more than ever. Things that signal safety? Slowness, being satiated, co-regulation, sleep, a serene setting, setting boundaries, reaching out for support, and a sense of satisfaction in your life.
The "things" in this episode are the opposite of those safety signals.

Love it
I love everything she posts on Instagram and am so glad I finally came and checked out the podcast too.
So much great information ✨
Antimasker
I found her tips about nervous system regulation pretty good. Went to follow on Instagram and unfortunately she's a terrible person who likes to rip people apart who wore masks and got vaccinated. It's gross & maybe keep your opinions to yourself if you are trying to create a reputable business
No credentials, anti masker , entitled
The one half episode I listened to she basically treated as her own private therapist/ Hawling appointment with her guest. She talked about herself the entire time. How does a person have 5 months to lay in bed ?? Oh … the husband. got it. This podcast is a hobby project for an entitled, UNQUALIFIED, glorified house wife who doesn’t have any bills to pay. Like if most people were having debilitating anxiety they’d just get the meds and have to go back to work to avoid becoming houseless. I’m not sure why people with zero credentials are blabbing about trauma healing to the general public. I wish people realized how privileged they are. She starts talking about all the workshops, Rolfing sessions etc etc she did for her soas like how much did that cost ? And who paid for it ??? All this after lying in bed for 5 months straight. I just can’t take anyone seriously with this kind of lifestyle.
