How To Achieve Optimal Health Using The Four Cornerstones Feel Good Podcast with Kimberly Snyder

    • Health & Fitness

This week’s topic is: How To Achieve Optimal Health Using The Four Cornerstones

And here are the questions I'll be answering from the community:

Is there anything I need to be aware of in each of the Four Cornerstones that could improve my overall hair health? I’ve read that protein makes a difference when it comes to hair health. I’m starting to go bald a little in the front and need to do something about it asap!

When it comes to your four cornerstones, where does the body fit in? What I mean is, what comes first, the chicken or the egg? Should our body come first or mental health, etc?

If there’s a history of mental illness in my family, including personality disorder, is it possible to avoid this eventuality? I don’t want to “think my way into a disorder” but I do want to take precautions.

When I think of spiritual growth I think of the scriptural quote where “that by God’s power we have everything we need”. I’m not very religious. Is it possible to grow spiritually without the systems of religion?

Have you been wondering about this very topic? If you want to know the answer to this question and 3 more sent in by Beauties just like you, listen now to find out!
