Thankful!

Love this podcast. Great information and listening every week helps me stay motivated and on track.
Dr. Gundry can be trusted to do the research and report back to us with the latest and most important diet information. He is not afraid to change his recommendations if new research is discovered. I always feel like I am getting the cutting edge information.
I also appreciate how diplomatic he is with guests that don’t share his philosophy. He finds common ground and is never derisive.
Good work, Dr. G!!! Love you.

What’s the deal with broccoli sprouts!?

I read in the plant paradox that all sprouts are on the no list. What about broccoli sprouts? Are these acceptable? Would you please explain why no broccoli sprouts but broccoli is acceptable? I can tolerate broccoli but putting broccoli sprouts in my smoothie causes a sinus reaction and they are very bitter tasting.
Thanks,
Amanda

Helped change my life!

I have read both The Plant Paradox and Longevity Paradox books and follow the diet exactly as described. I also listen to every podcast as I ride my bike. I have lost a lot of weight (45 lbs. so far) and my blood tests have shown a drastic difference especially since I have been diagnosed with CAD and A-fib. I now have the energy to ride my bicycle 60 miles a week and I feel great. My father died at the age of 53 from heart issues. I’ll be 65 my next birthday and now I have the knowledge and ability to live many more years! Thank you, thank you Dr. Gundry!
