I have crohnes and listened to this and it was like listening to my own story. I just stumbled upon your book and haven’t stopped reading and the info about lectins in plant paradox is what I’ve thought for a long time but didn’t have all the info to know what it was in our diet (lectins) and environment that’s making me sick. This is the piece of the puzzle I’ve searched for and hoping this will cure my crohnes and autoimmune issues and I can get off Remicade! Can’t wait to finish reading and start the new diet and see what happens. I may even come see you in CA for an appt because this is what I’ve been searching for for over 25 years!

Enjoy Your Podcast

Dr. Gundry, I finished the Longevity Paradox last week and it was fantastic! I enjoyed how it built off the information in the Plant Paradox. You’ve had some great guests, like Shawn Stevenson and Daniel Aman, but I would love to hear more from you directly. Some of your Q&A episodes are a short 20 minutes. You could go 40-45 minutes easily. You have so much important information on your own that we want to hear.

I have a parent that was diagnosed with an atypical Parkinson’s 6 years ago. Is it too late to make an impact by having her follow The Plant Paradox? Is it ever “too late” to focus on gut health? Thank you,

So happy to finally find the solution to joint pain!

2 months ago I didn’t even know what a lectin was. After listening to Dr. Gundry for 10 episodes, we got his “Longevity Paradox” book to be sure we had the full story. After just a month of eliminating most lectins (still not perfect) all the joint pain in my knees is completely gone! I’m 70 years old, so this was definitely not expected. The podcast is both interesting and informative, doesn't get bogged down with a log of boring technical jargon. Thanks Dr. Gundry!
