Great Great Great

I have listened to a handful of your episodes and I have found them so helpful with my body dysmorphia. It has also helped me to stop binge drinking (numbing my uncomfortable feelings). Since listening to you all I have felt less like a crazy person and now know that it is society who has pushed us Woman into unhealthy eating habits but know I am the only one who can change for myself! Thank you for guidance through my healing process.
