We propel ourselves into a state of “overwhelm” when we fail to address our emotions; this could be through mindset blocks, self-doubt we’re facing, or emotions we’re uncomfortable addressing. Allowing these emotions to build creates a constant state of overwhelm that sets us back on making progress.
