Makes me feel less alone!

Every week, something happens in normal life that warrants a trip to the therapist. But since that’s not always feasible, How We Get Thru is the next best thing. I love the way Jen brings on legit therapists and specialists to talk about the normal hard things we experience as women and mothers. I walk away with practical and empowering tips…and I feel less alone!
