    She is Becoming.. Jimiliz.  This episode, we chat with Dr. Jimiliz Valiente - Neighbours. Qlehd and Hanna met Dr. V at Point Loma Nazarene University, where she keenly welcomes all Point Loma students with wide arms and celebration. At Loma, she’s “mother-ed” the student body - opening up traditionally taboo conversations, encouraging curiosity, and continually pointing back to the purpose and power of education. In this episode, she shares about her personal experience with: pregnancy loss, infertility, parenthood, tenure, and health journey. Her path of becoming is a testament to the brazen and beautiful ability to simultaneously hold space for the past, present, and future. She is a woman who enters vulnerable spaces brazenly and fights to grow the table - seeking justice, evolving boundaries, and shepherding a community of both younger and older peers.  In this episode, M'Lynn talks reputation, escapism, the realization that she hasn't allowed herself to be happy, and why SpongeBob is her go-to TV show. It's not her awareness of the limitations of her circumstances, but her fierce pursuit of holiness, justice, and vulnerability that sets her apart.
