Binge worthy to the T
Always searching for new podcasts that resonate with me. I’m 26 but think and act more like women in their late 20’s and early 30’s, so coming across this was a BLESSING. Very valuable advice, personal and impactful stories, & conversations that most podcasts don’t talk about/shy away from the real root of the issue.

A little too “alt-right”
I really enjoyed this podcast at first, there were some cool ideas for self-care, but the further they’ve gone, the more it seems to fall into a world of very privileged and often dangerous conspiracy. They’re *very* cautious to never outright say their views, which is fine, but it makes it easy for someone listening to fall into a rabbit hole if they don’t their own research. It was sad to realize this because the hosts are funny and relatable and I love the idea of a show that helps women in my age group. When researching guest speakers, so many of them fall heavily into the alt-right and q-anon conspiracy world (especially when they discuss “star seeds” which has roots with members from the Jan 6 events) that I’ve felt extremely uncomfortable listening. Reading stories about how they’ve taken advantage of BIPOC, particularly during the events of 2020, is very cringey.
