The Tennessee Titans could absolutely go with an edge rusher at the top of the draft, but after the trade for Jermaine Johnson, a lot of Titans fans are wondering if that would mean a lack of faith in last year's second rounder Femi Oladejo. While it is not fair to lose faith in Femi, the reality is he did not show enough in 2025 to be considered a three-down player at this time, even if what he does do well will result in him starting most games. The other aspect of this conversation is Jermaine Johnson. Johnson was a smart addition, but fans need a reality check about who he is and the expectations they should have. Jacob Martin was added as well, but people seem to be confused on how he should fit with the defense. Finally, the Titans do have some intriguing depth pieces like Jaylen Harrell, who they can continue to develop.
